Identification and contact data (name, email, phone/WhatsApp, country, preferred language): to create your access, send the material you requested, answer enquiries and schedule consultations. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you and, for the newsletter and educational emails, your consent.

Patient and case data you choose to share (pet name, breed, age, signs, risk answers, photos, videos, clinical history): to provide the mini-app results, prepare and document the veterinary consultation. Legal basis: performance of the contract and your consent.

Usage and technical data (pages viewed, device type, browser, approximate location from IP, cookie identifiers): to keep the site secure, prevent fraud and improve the content. Legal basis: our legitimate interest and, for analytics cookies, your consent.

Support messages and their attachments: to resolve your request. Legal basis: performance of the contract and legitimate interest.

Purchase data is collected and processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record; we receive only the order details we need (product, amount, country, buyer email), never full card numbers.

Service providers acting on our instructions: website and database hosting, email delivery, analytics, video-call and messaging tools, and support tooling.

Professional advisers (accounting, legal) and public authorities where the law requires it.

With the owner’s prior authorisation, we may publish patient photos or videos on our social media to communicate clinical cases and treatment outcomes. A post may identify the patient by name, age and health condition (for example, “Kuki walking after her first acupuncture session”), but we do not name the owner or publish their contact details or where they live.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not share clinical information with third parties for advertising.

Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the European Union and the United States. Where required, transfers rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses together with technical safeguards such as encryption in transit and at rest.

Account, course-access and clinical records are kept while your relationship with us is active and afterwards for the period required by veterinary, tax and accounting rules (generally up to 6 years). Marketing contact data is kept until you withdraw consent. Technical logs are kept for up to 12 months. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.

You may request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of or objection to processing, portability, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Write to naturalvet@gmail.com and we will reply within one month. If you are in the EEA or UK you may also complain to your supervisory authority; in Chile, you may address the competent authority for the protection of personal data.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted storage, role-based access controls, least-privilege access for the clinical team and regular review of our providers.

We use essential cookies to make the site work and to remember your language, and analytics cookies to understand which content is useful. Analytics and any marketing cookies are only set with your consent, and you can change or withdraw it in your browser settings at any time. Blocking essential cookies may break parts of the site.

The service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16; if that happens, write to us and we will delete it.
