The service is provided by IMHV María del Carmen Barba Burgos EIRL (RUT 76.092.463-6), Santiago, Chile ("we", "us"), trading as NaturalVet Academy. You contract directly with us for the content and services described on this site. You confirm that you are of legal age and, if you act for an organisation, that you have authority to bind it.

Educational courses, downloadable material, subscription mini-apps (including clinical screening and tracking tools) and veterinary telemedicine consultations delivered by video call. Access is granted as a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you purchased.

Courses, mini-apps and written material are educational. They support, but do not replace, an in-person examination and the judgement of the veterinarian responsible for the patient. Risk scores and recommendations produced by our mini-apps are orientation tools, not a diagnosis. In an emergency, seek immediate veterinary care.

Telemedicine consultations are professional veterinary guidance based on the information you provide. They cannot include physical examination, imaging or laboratory work, and in some jurisdictions they cannot substitute a legally required in-person consultation.

You must not use the service unlawfully, fraudulently or for spam; infringe intellectual property; upload malicious code; probe, scan or interfere with the security of the service; or scrape, resell, redistribute or reverse engineer any part of it. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account, and for providing accurate information.

All course content, texts, images, videos, software, methods and branding remain our property or that of our licensors. You may use them for your own study and clinical practice; you may not republish, share, teach from or sell them without written permission. Content you submit (case notes, photos) remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Prices, currencies, applicable taxes, billing frequency, renewals and cancellations are handled through Paddle under Paddle's Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates and third-party outages may temporarily limit access. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

We may suspend or terminate access in case of material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination your right to use the service ends; you may request an export of your own data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Chile, with the courts of Santiago having jurisdiction, without affecting consumer rights in your country of residence. You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign them in a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
